EXPEDITOR

    PURPOSE

To perform all kinds of purchase and delivery of equipments and materials to the job site and assist flow of vendor documents to and from job sites while respecting the established budget and schedule objectives

             SCOPE

Purchase and delivery activities pertaining to the execution of the SNC-Lavalin Service Agreement Contract.

                SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY

-          Establishing a maintaining contact with vendors on all purchase and engineering contracts.

-         Ensuring that schedules are maintained and equipment and material are delivered to the job site in accordance with the project schedule requirements.

-         Expediting engineering drawings and assisting in the flow of vendor documents to and from engineering.
