As a Business partner, you will join our Recruitment department to contribute in strengthening the growth of Amaris on an international level.  After the training period, you will complete the following tasks with the support of your manager:  Coordination of the recruitment process: Responsible for the recruitment needs. Pre-selection interviews through phone calls Follow-up of the recruitment process Direct approach: Direct approach and promotion of Amaris on job boards & social networks. As part of Amaris' growth, we are looking for a new talents within our Project Management Office (PMO). As Project Manager, you will mainly work closely with the Directors and Heads of Departments as well as all Amaris cross-functional teams (business and corporate). Your Role: By applying innovative project management methods and structure, within an agile environment, you will lead the cross-functional team responsible for achieving the project objectives. As part of the Development Direction department, you would become the link between the team and the strategy of Amaris development. It involves, but is not limited to: leading brainstorming meetings, solving problems, animating and driving project teams towards actions, reporting, monitoring performances, collecting requirements, managing project risks / costs / quality / planning, understanding business models…     Usual projects our Project Managers manage:   Merge / Acquisition / Incubation: In order to develop its coverage / expertise / skills, Amaris welcomes companies to join the Group and supports their business operations and ambitions. The Group PMO leads the projects of Due Diligence, Integration and Launch. Opening of new location (region / country): In order to stay close to its clients, Amaris needs to develop its coverage. The Group PMO leads the projects of opening offices in new regions or countries of this world, from the market study until the welcoming of the first employees in it.    Organizational Transformation / Change Management: In order to adapt to market and environment changes, Amaris needs to adapt its organization and structure. The Group PMO leads cross-functional changes in the organization, its processes and structure. Key project for the group involving multiple teams in multiple locations
