We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to shape and drive our sales team and to help us build up our business activities.

Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop pricing, sales, and marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.

- Develop strategies and conduct market research to identify potential markets and selling possibilities, and develop plans to reach them.

- Build a sales team to execute the defined strategies

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through classic and innovative tools like cold calling, networking, and social media

- Establish contacts and develop relationships with potential clients. Listen to their wishes and concerns, and evaluate their needs.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Maintain service quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

 

Requirements and skills

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

- Proficiency in English and at least one other foreign language (French, German, etc...)

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

- Fast learner and passion for sales

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

- High school degree
