Description

This role is a direct contributor role, building software in a small team to directly support business goals. You also assist or lead in managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and other software lifecycle components. You will make recommendations and assist in the implementation of architecture and any other relevant ways of building awesome software. You will work daily with cross-functional team members, both locally and globally, and will exemplify our values in everything thing that you do. This role can also move into directly managing others if that is a skill set you possess and a direction you want to go. Be a continual learner and a relationship builder and the sky is the limit!

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing software to solve business problems
• Significant experience in C# (.NET Core) or related backend languages
• Significant experience with JavaScript (ReactJS), HTML, and CSS or related web technologies
• Deep understanding of data structures and modern software design patterns
• DevOps experience (including source control, continuous integration, deployment techniques, unit testing)
• Experience building applications with cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, etc.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, patience, and presentation skills
• Excellent English level.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RESTful service architecture and web patterns
• Experience with technologies such as Azure Functions, Docker, Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL, messaging services, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum principles
• Understands the big picture and key tenets of the retail marketplace
