CWS Collaborative Developer

• The Collaborative Solutions Developer reports to the local CWS Tunis group leader and acts as technical referrer in his/her field of expertise. He/she
  • coaches and assists citizen developers in collecting and identifying functional requirements
  • provides best practice recommendations to assist CWS customers with the design, development and deployment of collaborative solutions
  • supports in all project phases: specification, design, and integration of solutions & apps
  • promotes adapted technical solutions: technical or functional software design, choice of tools, methodologies in line with needs and objectives
  • supports 3rd level of incidents & requests related to Power Platform
  • ensures that project documentation & knowledge bases of his/her scope of responsibility are permanently up to date.
  • is an active and contributing member of the PowerPlatform Service Center team as well of the technical community
• Understands customers’ overall functional and non-functional requirements, IT and business priorities
• Works with other internal or external technical experts / partners on solving problems

Core skills

• Master/Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences and / or software Engineering
• Advanced Knowledge in Low/No Code development (Power Platform: PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerVirtualAgents)
• Technical Knowledge in Office365 products related to Collaborative scope (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, admin console)
• Knowledge in Power Platform ALM Tools
• Business systems analysis and support experience

Experience

• Proven experience with Canvas Apps including Building pages/navigation/formulas, using connectors & flows
• Proven experience with Power Automate understanding of best practices and limitations
• Experience with CoE Toolkit including understanding and exploitation of CoE Toolkit components
• Proven experience and exposure to business audience
• Proven experience in solutions full lifecycle management from requirements gathering through to implementation and maintenance operations
• Certifications PL-900, PL-400, PL-100 are a plus
