We are an open-minded recruiting team with more than 20 experienced colleagues in Talent Acquisition, spread across different locations. We have a clear mission: to find the right people and bring them together. In dialogue with candidates, we try to understand what they are looking for and whether their goals match ours. Therefore, we work closely with our departments to develop a better understanding of their professional requirements and human needs in order to make informed decisions.

In addition to handling the application pipeline, our Talent Acquisition team has also other responsibilities: We build new university collaborations, write and distribute job ads, test new tools, represent our company at various events and measure the success of our ideas whenever possible. In this way, we improve the candidate journey a little more every day and play a key role in shaping the company’s growth.

Your role :

  • You consult with the departments, understand the profiles they are looking for, and advise them on the day-to-day recruiting process.
  • You view incoming applications, conduct interviews, and bring the right people together with your departments.
  • You think about the appropriate sourcing strategy and contact potential candidates on social networks like LinkedIn if no suitable applications arrive.
  • You represent MaibornWolff at job fairs, among other things, and thus acquire new talents.
  • Depending on your skills and expertise, you will be responsible for a specific topic (job advertisements, active sourcing, etc.) within Talent Sourcing in order to improve the sourcing of the department in the long term.

Exigences de l'emploi


Your Profile : 

  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on HR.
  • You have practical experience with the entire recruitment cycle, ideally in the IT environment.
  • You have experience with interviewing, selection, and sourcing strategies, including active sourcing.
  • You have a recruiting focus such as job advertising in depth, and approach your topics strategically.
  • You speak and write English fluently.
