Description de l'emploi

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will handle customer service inquiries regarding products, services and site navigation in a professional, efficient and timely manner. The selected candidate will follow the below established guidelines to support our commitment to providing world-class service for all of our clients.

Your Role will include:

  • Answering all customer inquiries through various channels (Phone, email, chat) in courteous and professional manner.
  • Understand the customer's request and give a clear answer.
  • Performing accurate diagnosis of inquiries and provide appropriate solutions/responses based on defined procedures.
  • Using appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request.
  • Good communication with customers, politeness and good resistance to stress.
  • You will maintain and improve performance by adhering to standards and guideline.
  • Participating in team communications and meetings to support the team/Center.
  • Supporting team members with workload at peak times.
  • Work under the supervision of a team leader and operations manager to make sure we are delivering the desired output (defined by the key performance targets) and also to make sure you have the required needs to perform your job efficiently.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as asked by leadership teams.

Exigences de l'emploi

  • Excellent communication skills in French both written and verbal.
  • At Least one (1) year of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in a multi-channel customer service environment preferred.
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking.
  • You have good organizational and time management skills.
  • You are a team player and problem solver.
  • You have a positive attitude, fast-Learner and good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, patient and professional.
  • You are familiar with Customer-care department operations.
