1- Manage enrollment of individual and group clients.
2- Handle billing process.
3- Modify and update insured members files.
4- Insure a good customer care to insured members
1- Previous experience in a similar environment (insurance, TPA...) is highly recommended
2- A degree in accounting, finance or any related field is prefered
3- Fluent French and English spoken and written is a must
4- An eye to details and a high degree of accuracy
5- Strong analytical and organizational skills with strengths in prioritization
