Your Main Missions:
- Process requests online in accordance with current procedures,
- Detect the needs and propose the appropriate services,
- Fill in the intervention follow-up forms and transmit the information to the relevant departments.
Successful candidates must provide:
- Fluency in Turkish and English (written and oral),
- Excellent computer skills,
- Availability on extended range is necessary (24/7),
- Flexibility and availability.
