FoodoMarket is an international French startup (a dynamic and young company) specialized in the online sales of food products for restaurants. Our goal: Make the largest food market in the world. We are already operating on four core markets, United States, United Kingdom, France, and Belgium.

Our sales department is based in SFAX. We were 5 people in Tunisia in the early 2021 and are now more than 200 very ambitious people, but still want to increase our workforce multiplying it by three.

We have just moved into a brand new building on 3 floors, with a gym, a canteen, and everything you need in order to work in the best conditions. Here the average profile : 26 years old, highly motivated and ambitious, working in a respectful way and with a positive attitude. We have an open mindset and a modern management style.

Job description :

We are a marketplace in the same spirit as Amazon, with independent merchants on one side (our food suppliers), and buyers on the other one (our restaurant customers).

You will be directly attached to the SUPPLY department under the responsibility of the director.

Your mission will be to manage the administrative and IT tools related to the SUPPLY service, in order to keep the right information up to date and to automate certain tasks if it’s possible.

 

The working hours :

You wil be in connection with the US and UK teams, so the working hours between 5 p.m. and 2 a.m.

 

Exigences de l'emploi

You will be in charge of:

- Create supplier accounts in our back office, update them, and check them regularly.

- Check that all supplier onboarding informations are up to date (turnover, number of trucks, number of total accepted customers, financial contact).

- Create a file for each supplier with the details and the story telling etc… + an audio.

- Updating the table containing all the details of the suppliers.

- Modify US and UK contracts with the correct company names + adapt all contracts with the new guarantee payment model.

- You are rigorous in your preparation of all FOODOMARKET contracts and have them signed electronically by suppliers.

- Train the financial teams of our suppliers in the proper use of our back office seller, then check that they are fully autonomous in the validation of CB payments.

- Clean HUBSPOT CRM by creating some filters. (in each STAGE create multiple choice reasons why a transaction is in this stage?).

- Reorganize the courses by modifying them and then transferring the existing ones.

 

Required profile :

- You ideally have a Bac +2 or +.

- You have a professional experience of at least 1 year.

- You are very organized, and perfectly autonomous.

- You speak English.
