FoodoMarket is a startup company in the field of agro-food. It combines more than 2000 client companies (restaurants, hotels, agro-based trades).

Foodomarket was launched in 2017, a pioneer online agro-market, exclusively created for professionals. It’s unboundedly open to all active parties in the field (Mass-producers, wholesalers, Suppliers) allowing a vast variety of products and competitive, negotiated prices.

The customer has the liberty to compare the prices, fresh products are one click away from getting delivered to their doorstep the next day.

We’re aiming to revolutionize the professional purchase process of agro-foods. Our goal is to develop the biggest international virtual agro-market.

We are already active and running in France, Belgium, UK, and US.

Exigences de l'emploi


Our Team:

  • In France: We are a young team of 12, extremely ambitious and motivated. The founders Eric and Matthieu have 15 years of experience in digital business and restaurant service. They are perfectly familiar with the field and have been restaurant owners themselves.
  • In Tunisia: The team is constructed of 200 energetic and driven individuals. Operating within a cooperative and team-work-oriented environment.



  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.



  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales representatives.
  • Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new products and competition status.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You master negotiation and selling techniques.
  • You are capable to multi-task and manage priorities within strict deadlines.
  • Your knowledge of the agro-food field, food service, and hotels is a major plus.
  • Being entitled to a university degree, Bachelor, e,+3 years of higher education as a minimum.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the company.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Possessing the spirit of initiation. Motivated, multi-tasker, meticulous, and eager to make an impact.
  • Your attitude is positive and solution-oriented.
  • You are open to learning and willing to evolve.
