Implementation Manager (Junior)

M&C is seeking a passionate and customer focused Implementation
Engineer. The Implementation Engineer will work on one of the leading
solutions for airlines in the industry and will oversee implementing the
product in a timely manner and maximize customer satisfaction.

•Lead the implementation project with the different stakeholders
•Setup the System in different environments (DB, Interfaces, batches,
etc.)
•Coordinate the implementation tasks
•Assist the client during the Implementation Process (testing,
functional setup, etc.)
•Investigate issues reported by clients and correct and/or recover them
•Support customer post go live until project closure and handover to
line organization.
•Create/maintain the technical documentation.
•Report progress to project manager and customers.
•Ensure solutions are implemented on time and budget.
•Learn from experience and improve quality of future implementations.
•Propose best practices and improvement.
•Train/coach newcomers.

Master degree in IT, degree or knowledge of Accounting is a strong
plus.
• Capacity and willingness to understand complex functional flows and
processes.
• Stress management.
• Good analytical, decision making, and trouble shooting skills.
• Knowledge of the Travel industry is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments (shell, scripting).
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Knowledge/experience of SQL
• Good command of English, other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.

• Up to 2 years’ experience.
