Corporate Communications Technology Specialist

Job purpose:

• Providing and managing technical solutions and different digital platforms owned by the Corporate Communications team.
• Synchronizing with the local and Corporate IT Teams during the different phases and lifecycles of the digital platforms (technical specifications, solution selection, deployment, testing and vulnerabilities check).
• Working closely with different IT teams and ensuring that the managed solution are aligned with their best practices.

Job Accountabilities:

• Developing applications and platform solutions for the Communications Department and working closely with different IT teams and be aligned with their strategic vision.
• Providing support for programs and applications used by the Communications Department. Ensuring the maintenance and the updated of all owned solution in collaboration with the Local and Corpoarte IT Teams.
• Training the Corporate Communications team and staff in best practices, applications, and programs.
• Managing and updating LMS software with the right content and coordinating its management with HR.
• Managing and updating COFICAB’s website security and content.
• Managing the internal social media platform, updating it with the right content, and coordinating with HR for its management.
• Working closely with the Corporate IT Manager to report activities and progress on projects to ensure compliance with IT and security standards.

Educational Background (or equivalent level): Information Technology Bachelor's or Master's Degree.

Required Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience

Functional and Technical Competencies: PHP, JAVA, WordPress, HTML/ Digital & Social Media Management / Reporting Skills / Writing and spoken English Skills.

Behavioral Competencies: Building Relationaships / Communications / Personal Effectiveness / Self Development / Teamwork.
