Your responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers over the phone
• Registering new clients and conducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Your profile :

• You are motivated, with good interpersonal and communication skills and have a sense of service
• Perfect spoken and written English
• Experience in a call center and/or telesales is not required
• Basic computer literacy

• A CDI contract upon hiring and paid training, this applies for full time positions only.
• A base salary of 700 TND net initially. After the first 3 months are completed, the base salary goes up to 900 TND net.
