As US SALES TEAM MANAGER you will be in charge of managing, teach, and mentor the sales team, setting individual sales targets, as well as facilitating ongoing sales training for your team through guidance ,motivation and product knowledge.
You will be held accountable for:
*Tracking sales targets and reporting outcomes as needed.
*Meeting projected sales targets.
*Establishing individual sales targets with the sales team.
*Developing the sales team through motivation and counseling.
*The ongoing training of your sales team
* Collaborate with the HR department to assist in job interviews.
*Assist in the onboarding of new sales team members
*Experience in customer relationship management.
*Experience managing and leading a sales team.
*A commitment to excellent customer service.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH
*Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
*Competence in negotiation, sales strategies and techniques. .
*Work ability to multitask and managing shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
* Competency in using CRM and in microsoft applications...
