Position Summary

To monitor the conformity of the manufacturing process and intervene in the event of internal or external drift or failure to achieve set objectives by leading problem-solving groups.

Your Role

• Studying, interpreting and applying specific customer requirements;

• Steering the problem-solving process ;

• Communicate with the customer and provide timely feedback, ensuring that customer expectations are applied and met;

• Monitor the various VOP or VOC indicators and alert in the event of risk or drift by leading the whole multidisciplinary process to restore the situation;

• Participate in the APQP phases;

• Participate in process FMEA analysis meetings ;

• Taking part in internal audits and following up recommended actions ;

• Leading problem-solving groups following customer or internal complaints and monitoring the actions defined, and communicating 8D reports (including the response on the internal/customer portals in force: e.g. DPRTS, GQTS, etc.). Prepare customer audits, draw up and monitor action plans;

• Analyse the effectiveness of filters and propose actions;

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Your Background

• Engineering diploma or equivalent.

• 2-3 years of experience in industry.

• Good level of English.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
