Job Description Overview :


Being part of Continuous Improvement department, the Quality Manager is the key guardian of Foodomarket's service quality for its agents.


Responsibilities :

  • Listening and evaluating phone calls: Conduct active listening and analysis to assess the current state of quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of quality guides and grids for each activity
  • Inform and communicate the quality approach, including quality objectives, processes, updates, and developments
  • Support the Quality approach by proposing improvements in practices and procedures
  • Perform required coaching to improve the agent’s skills
  • Update quality documentation
