We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management and electrical skills. In this role, you will ensure the efficient operation of our facilities, support the maintenance of electrical systems, and contribute to creating a safe and productive work environment.

Exigences de l'emploi

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring all systems and equipment function efficiently.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers for repairs and upgrades.
  • Maintain electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support facility needs and improvements.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong electrical skills and knowledge of electrical systems maintenance.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (reading and speaking).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in facility management or a related field.
  • Experience with building automation systems.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy management.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software.
