Role

We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the electric mobility sector. Your understanding of industry trends and technical solutions will be crucial in positioning our products and services effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations within the electric mobility industry.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Lead negotiations and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.

  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs and requirements.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and technical documentation to prospective clients.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the electric mobility or automotive industry.

  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Deep understanding of electric mobility technologies, trends, and market dynamics.

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to grasp complex technical concepts and solutions.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or technical certifications (e.g., PMP, CEng) preferred.

  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in business development tools.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of successful business development initiatives and achieving revenue goals.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the electric mobility sector.

  • Certifications or coursework in business development, project management, or related fields.

  • Previous experience in managing complex projects or partnerships in a technical environment.
