OPPORTUNITY & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Be part of building the next generation toolbox for life sciences organizations

The employee is expected to manage and execute statistical analysis in the context of life sciences research projects across multiple therapeutic areas and diverse geographic markets.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Analysis of electronic medical records and health insurance data,
  • Meta-analysis (from simple to advanced forms),
  • Analysis of clinical trial data (patient-level),
  • Development of study design and protocol,
  • Development of statistical analysis plans (SAPs),
  • Statistical programming (in SAS, R, etc.),
  • Development of macros,
  • Development of review reports, summaries and other project deliverables,
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients,
  • Participate in methodological research projects and author scientific publications.

Exigences de l'emploi

REQUIREMENTS

This position requires a post-graduate degree (Engineer, MSc or PhD) in statistics / biostatistics / epidemiology.

Must have:

  • Working knowledge of SAS and/or R programming, 
  • Excellent IT literacy e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Team-oriented mind-set,
  • Strong analytic capabilities & critical thinking.

 

Good to have :

  • Experience as a statistician in the Life Sceince industry 
  • Experience with clinical experimental design and statistical analysis
  • Experience analyzing medical data, including clinical trial data, health insurance claims and/or electronic medical records.
  • Experience with real-world evidence generation, HEOR studies and Health Technology Assessment (HTA)
