Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a dynamic work environment. In this role, you will support our team across various departments, assisting with administrative tasks, project coordination, and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including project coordination and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in organizing and managing data using software tools like Microsoft Excel.
  • Participate in research and analysis tasks to support ongoing projects and business decisions.
  • Help with inventory management, procurement, and other logistical tasks.
  • Support digital marketing and social media activities, including content creation and community engagement.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and actively participate in the development of new ideas and strategies.
  • Aid in organizing and maintaining both physical and digital files to ensure easy access and up-to-date information.
  • Take on diverse tasks and additional projects as needed to support the overall success of the team.

Exigences de l'emploi

Requirements:

  • Education: Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in English: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and reporting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other office software; experience with marketing or social media tools is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Open to taking on new challenges, learning new skills, and contributing to different areas of the business.
