Quarry Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified Quarry Supervisor (Foreman) to join our SCG team.. You'll play a vital role in overseeing our quarry operations, ensuring safety, and contributing to our company's success.

As the Quarry Supervisor (Foreman), you will oversee all operations within the quarry service. Your specific duties include:

• Crushing Plant Oversight: Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the optimal functioning of the crushing plant.
• Daily Operations Management: Monitor daily quarry activities, ensuring strict adherence to the operational plan while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily and monthly reports detailing the crushing plant's operations and performance.
• Material Management: Accurately quantify the input and output of all substitute materials used in the quarry.
• Quality Control: Monitor the growth of the material stockpile and verify that the product consistently meets the quality standards set by the laboratory.
• Mechanical Support: Assist the mechanical team during leveling and other maintenance activities.

• Technian's degree  (Bac+3)
• Experience operating heavy machinery
• Proven experience in quarry operations
• Knowledge of topography is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English language skills preferred
