Electrical Test Engineer

•Define the new test board specification documents

• Define the new Electrical Test equipment

• Follow the installation and validation of new TMP / Test board

• Follow with suppliers to respect delivery dates, specifications and actions to ensure the correct work of the corresponding test equipment

• Make and follow the action plan with suppliers

• Ensure all needed test equipment to start new projects and engineering changes within agreed timing

• Responsible for coordinating the order and recruiting of means (tools, machinery, miscellaneous, etc.) affected to their area and plant of their pursuit for the execution of terms

• Ensure all needed test Programs before start-ups

• Define needed actions to close the probable gaps in the electrical test processes

• Follow the start-up, ramp-up of new projects, and close all conception gaps

• Collaborate and synchronize all electrical test issues and tasks with all departments

• Continues electrical test improvements

• Follow the QRQC Actions

• Attend the ECC meeting

• Follow and ensure permanent production support

• Ensure the correct Archive of all electrical test documents

• Engineering graduation

• Experience in Wiring harness manufacturing

• Quality tools: 8D, QRQC, 5M, …

• Lean manufacturing tools
