React.js/Flask Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced React.js Developer with a strong background in Flask to design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating responsive and high-performance front-end solutions while collaborating closely with back-end developers and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Module Development: Design and implement web application modules with a React.js frontend and a Flask backend, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the stack.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate UI/UX designs into functional and interactive web components. Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across different devices and browsers.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve application performance, including load times and responsiveness.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and issues to ensure smooth application functionality.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Router).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous operations.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• NEXT JS is a PLUS
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
