dedicated and detail-oriented Medior QA Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Medior QA Engineer at CED, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and

reliability of our developed solutions. With at least 2 years of experience in manual

testing, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing issues in our products to

maintain the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you will provide essential support

to our end users, helping to resolve any issues they encounter and ensuring their

satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough manual testing of our solutions to identify bugs, issues, and

areas for improvement.

2. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual).

3. Collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of

requirements and functionality.

4. Document and report issues, providing detailed descriptions and steps to

reproduce.

5. Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other activities to ensure

the quality of the product throughout the development lifecycle.

6. Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on

testing outcomes.

7. Investigate, address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience in manual testing.

2. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

3. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

7. Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.

8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

is preferred.
