Project Buyer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze the company’s purchasing requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Implement purchasing procedures, including pricing, payment terms, sourcing, quality control, and non-conformity management.
• Develop and prepare consultation documents to support supplier selection and procurement processes.
• Conduct supplier sourcing at both local and international levels.
• Maintain and update supplier databases.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and delivery timelines for products and services with vendors.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Purchasing or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial and international setting.
• Proficiency in English is essential, given our international operations.
• You possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work independently and within teams.
• You thrive on collaborating with cross-functional teams and excel at negotiating with suppliers.
• Availability to visit supplier facilities when required.
