Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Motion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and animating graphics for various platforms, including digital, social media, and video content. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, video production, and design teams to shape the visual identity of our projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Animation: Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital, web, and video content.

• Concept Development: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop design concepts for video and social media campaigns.

• Video Editing: Incorporate motion design into video projects, including intros, outros, lower thirds, and other visual effects.

• Storyboarding & Planning: Develop storyboards and visual concepts that translate into effective animations.

• Brand Alignment: Ensure all motion designs and animations are consistent with the brand’s identity and creative vision.

• Multimedia Projects: Work on a variety of media projects, including web banners, social media posts, advertisements, and promotional videos.

• Software Expertise: Utilize tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant motion graphics and design software.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design and visual storytelling to keep the content innovative.

• Feedback & Revisions: Incorporate feedback from clients or managers into final designs and animations.

• File Management: Organize and manage project files and assets efficiently.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Experience: Proven experience as a Motion Designer or Graphic Designer with animation skills, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.

• Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), 3D animation software (Cinema 4D or Blender) is a plus.

• Creative Thinking: Strong sense of visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.

• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work is required.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of video production processes, including editing, sound design, and post-production workflows.

• Experience with 2D & 3D motion graphics and visual effects.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and how motion design enhances the user experience.

Work Environment:

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to execute project goals.
