AEC WIRING TECHNOLOGY is looking for : IT HELPDESK

will report directly to IT Corporate  and will support the IT Function in the management, maintenance, and support of the company's IT infrastructure, collaborating with the  Headquarters to ensure the efficiency of technological resources.

Specifically, the role will involve:

  • Management and maintenance of user devices (PCs, Laptops, Smartphones);
  • Management and maintenance of company software for the implementation of Corporate Policies for cybersecurity;
  • Technical assistance to internal users, troubleshooting, and daily IT support (e.g., Microsoft 365 tools, SAP.....);

Assistance with network interconnection of industrial facilities for data acquisition related to Quality and productivity

Exigences de l'emploi

- an experince for 4 -5 years on a similar position is required
