-To ensure optimal service delivery, night shift operations may be implemented in the future.
-As a Customer Service Advisor you are responsible for delivering service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant product information. As the first point of contact, you will foster positive relationships and ensure a satisfying customer experience

Preferred requirements :
. Experience of Contact Centre environment
. Experience of Car Parking industry
. First Aid Safety knowledge

Language : English : C1 Level (verbal and written)
Computer skills: Basic knowldge of Computer
