Tech Lead - Artificial Intelligence & Geospatial Analytics

NextAV, a leading AI-driven satellite imagery startup, seeks an experienced Tech Lead to join our innovative team.
Your Role:
Lead and manage the production and operational technical team.
Collaborate with the R&D team to implement cutting-edge AI solutions.
Oversee AI-powered analytics deployment for satellite imagery and ensure operational scalability.
Develop cloud-based pipelines for seamless geospatial data processing and analytics.
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Expertise (Must-Have):
Cloud and Big Data Platforms:
Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable AI deployment.
Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, serverless architectures, and big data tools like Apache Spark or Hadoop.
Proven ability to build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and cloud-native applications.
AI and Machine Learning:
Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience in computer vision, model deployment, and optimization.
Programming Skills:
Advanced Python expertise with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, and Scikit-learn.
API development and integration experience.
Additional Expertise (Nice-to-Have):
Geospatial Analytics and GIS:
Familiarity with GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS) and satellite imagery data handling.
Experience with geospatial databases like PostGIS.
