QHSE Manager

HSK Services is looking to recruit QHSE Manager in the Oil & Gas field, who will have the following responsibilities and missions:
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coach HSE Supervisors, project engineers and officers,
Participate in the preparation and improvement of procedures / HSE Instructions and ensure their implementation,
Participate in Risk Assessment sessions,
Participate in the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems,
Participate in the improvement of the SMI and the HSE culture within the company,
Perform internal checks, inspections and audits to monitor the implementation of planned project HSE issues, the application of instructions, procedures...,
Monitor the HSE performance of the projects (KPI, ...), identify trends and suggest improvement plans,
Ensure the preparation and sharing of HSE lessons learned,
Take part in accident / incident investigation,
Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.

Education/ Academic requirements: BAC+5
Required specialty: Science, Environment,
Required experience: >5 Years
Necessary trainings and qualification:
• NEBOSH
• ISO 9001, Quality Management System
• ISO 14001, Environmental Management System
• ISO 45001/ OHSAS 18001, Health& Safety Management System.
