Starting from TND 3,650 Gross (brut) per month, depending upon skills and experience
Hours: 
Full/Part Time, 37.5 hours per week, spread over 5 working days Monday to Friday with Summer and Winter working hours

About this Role:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Administrative Specialist to manage payroll operations, ensure compliance with labour laws, oversee administrative tasks, and maintain financial records. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient regional operations and foster team collaboration.

Exigences de l'emploi

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience working in an accounting position (essential). Ideally, the candidate will be an ACA-qualified accountant or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance.
  • Familiarity with one or more accounting packages/ERP systems.
  • Excellent language skills, fully trilingual in Arabic, French, and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong IT proficiency, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • The ability to convey tasks and information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • A proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A professional, confident, and proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
