Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Administrator at CIS International School of Tunis. The Front Desk Administrator will be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The role involves managing the front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Reporting to: School Director

Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certificate / Training or equivalent 
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and approachable with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome students, parents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Despatch information and requests to each concerned department.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Manage the school's front desk operations, including visitor inquiries and ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, presentable, and organized reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to the school’s administration team, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle emergencies and assist as needed.
  • Monitor and manage front desk supplies and equipment.
  • Inputting data and generating reports and information as required. 
  • Provide administrative support to all front desks - Marketing, Admissions and Registrar, Finance, Whole School Administration
