We are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an HR Intern specializing in recruitment. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the dynamic field of Human Resources, focusing specifically on talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HR team to understand recruitment needs.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms and channels.
• Support the screening and initial evaluation of candidates.
• Aid in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment processes.
• Contribute to the development of job descriptions and job postings.
• Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Participate in other HR-related projects and tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite or relevant software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR and recruitment.
