Key Responsibilities:

* Social Media & Ad Design:

  - Create visually striking social media posts and digital ads for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop cohesive social media campaigns.

  - Optimize designs for platform-specific requirements and audience engagement.

*Mood Boards & Themes:

  - Design mood boards to guide overall visual direction in line with brand strategy.

*Physical Material Design:**

  - Create impactful printed materials, including flyers, brochures, and event collateral.

-*Branding & Identity:

  - Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.

  - Ensure consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.

*Web Design:

  - Conduct user research and create personas.

  - Develop wireframes and prototypes.

  - Lead usability testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

*Tools Required:

- Adobe Audition, After Effects, Premiere Pro

- Figma

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
