Tunis Hydro, the Tunisian subsidiary of the HYDROLA France Group, specializes in providing technical solutions for the industry. To strengthen our sedentary sales team in Tunis, we are hiring a Sedentary Export Sales Manager to support our international markets.

SEDENTARY EXPORT SALES MANAGER – BILINGUAL FRENCH & ENGLISH

Position Overview:

Reporting to the site manager, you will take charge of developing export sales across multiple regions (Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Prospection: Identify and approach potential customers within your assigned markets.
  • Handle Price Requests: Understand professional clients’ needs, assess business opportunities, and guide them to the most appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
  • Prepare and Present Offers: Create tailored commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage client accounts and business activity in your sector.
  • Reporting: Track and report your activities (prospecting efforts, sales performance).
  • Administrative & Commercial Follow-Up: Ensure end-to-end support for your assigned market.

Exigences de l'emploi

Your Key Skills:

  • Proven expertise in B2B environments and commercial negotiation.
  • Strong sales acumen with exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior-level contacts (e.g., purchasing managers, company directors).
  • Analytical mindset to gather and interpret product/market data (sales results, customer behavior, competition trends, etc.).
  • Capacity to monitor activity indicators and implement corrective measures when needed.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (mandatory; candidates who do not meet this requirement need not apply).
  • Familiarity with managing outsourced business activities.
  • Organized, methodical, and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., sedentary sales, tele-sales, tele-prospecting, etc.).
