High School English Teacher in Libya

MANWORK is looking for a passionate and skilled High School English Teacher in Libya for one of its partners in Libya, someone eager to contribute to the education and success of students in a stimulating and dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lesson planning: Develop teaching programs aligned with curriculum objectives and tailored to students' needs.
• Test preparation and assessment: Prepare students for tests, exams, and other evaluations while providing regular and constructive feedback.
• Individualized support: Provide personalized assistance to struggling students and offer additional resources for those ahead of the class.
• Classroom management: Create a safe and motivating learning environment by implementing clear rules and ensuring students' well-being.
• Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain ongoing communication with parents regarding students' progress.
• Supervision: Supervise students during school activities and field trips.

Desired profile:

• Education: Degree in English Language and Literature or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school, preferably in an international setting.
• Personal qualities: Organizational skills, strong interpersonal and teaching abilities, the ability to manage a classroom and adapt teaching methods to individual student needs.
• Attitude: Enthusiasm, professionalism, and openness to continuous learning.

Work location: Libya
Availability: Position to be filled within 2 to 4 weeks.
