Your Role:

As an Business Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Produce and analyze operational performance indicators.
  • Monitor operational activities and provide regular reports.
  • Identify and analyze bottlenecks (pain points) and propose improvement solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with managers to stimulate thinking and help them make strategic decisions.
  • Implement processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize the overall performance of the company.

Exigences de l'emploi

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Critical thinking and the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience in producing and analyzing performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in analysis and business analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Dynamics 365, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in finance, economics, management, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
