About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a solid engineering background and at least 5 years of experience in selling industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in heavy equipment and manufacturing machinery sales, coupled with a proven ability to develop B2B client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share in the industrial machinery sector.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with key clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and industrial plants.
  • Provide technical consultation and recommend customized solutions based on client needs.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and after-sales support.
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline order processing, logistics, and customer service.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Exigences de l'emploi

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of industrial machinery.
✅ Strong understanding of B2B sales, industrial procurement, and supply chain dynamics.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and proactively identify new business opportunities.
✅ Fluency in English and French
✅ Willingness to travel as needed for client visits and industry events.
