Position: Product Quality Agent

Your Role: As a Product Quality Agent, you will ensure compliance with standards, oversee quality control processes, and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor quality reports, and optimize processing times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send the quality check requests.

• Approve the product packaging with the marketing department.

• Coordinate between third inspection companies and suppliers all quality inspections services.

• Review the quality inspection report and approve it.

• Setup action plan with supplier to fix all quality issues.

• Follow up invoices from third inspections companies.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills Required / Tools to Master:

• Knowledge of EU regulations and norms.

• Quality Process requirements.

• Knowledge of ISO standards for quality management.

• Real analytical skills.

• Good communication in French language, able to write and handle a communication in english.

Soft skills Required:

• Dynamic and Creativity.

Qualifications:

• Engineer or master’s degree in chemical, food, textile field, electric or mechanical field

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
