Junior Recruiter (Bilingual: French & English)

CED Tunisia is a subsidiary of CED Group, a leading European player specializing in claims management and expertise for insurance companies.

Established in Tunisia since 2019, CED Tunisia plays a key role in the development and optimization of the group’s services. It relies on an IT-BI development center and a Business Process Operations (BPO) team dedicated to supporting CED Group’s European offices.

By actively contributing to digitalization and operational excellence, CED Tunisia enhances efficiency and innovation within the group, while ensuring high-performance solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations & IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and selecting top-tier talent for IT and operations positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and operations positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates.
• Sourcing: Use multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Develop relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline and promote the company’s employer brand.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define position criteria, and align recruitment efforts with business needs.
• Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms, ensuring they attract the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• 0-1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably in operations and IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with various sourcing methods, recruitment software, and job boards.
• Education:
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Language Skills:
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Solid understanding of IT and operations roles, technologies, and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment software (ATS experience is a plus).
