Position: Business Performance Manager Supply Chain, (Sousse)

Your Role:

As a Business Performance Manager Supply Chain, you will be responsible for:

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Produce and analyze operational performance indicators.
  • Monitor operational activities and provide regular reports.
  • Identify and analyze pain points and propose improvement solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with managers to stimulate thinking and assist in making strategic decisions.
  • Implement processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize the overall performance of the company.
  • Provide support to management.
  • Propose and monitor action plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as other departments.
  • Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work within the timeframes set by management.
  • Ensure the quality of your performance and overall work.
  • Maintain impeccable behavior and respectful relationships with all employees.
  • Strictly adhere to a general obligation of discretion and confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Critical thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience in producing and analyzing performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in analysis and business analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Dynamics 365, etc.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Degree in finance, economics, management, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
