- Must have over 8 years of relevant software testing and maintenance experience and major in computer, software engineering, information security, communications, and other relevant fields.
- Have at least 3 years experience in telecommunication business support systems (or similar systems),know the conception if IF domain, CM domain, and OSS domain.
- Have ITIL/eTOM/SID certification.
- Be familiar with software maintenance process, offer & product configruation, and other related work.
- Be expert on Unix/Linux operating systems, Oracle database operation and maintenance, could fix bugs which are not rised by developers.
- Have technical team leader experience in testing or maintenance, can lead the team members enhancing their testing and maintenance skills, and solve technical issues and risks, take the responsibility on team execution results, and contribute add-value on service.
