Description de l'emploi

To provide secretarial and administrative support, including, minute taking,filing, data inp
- Direct incoming calls and taking messages;
- General client liaison including greeting visitors, scheduling meetings and appointments etc;
- Updating contact lists;
- Scheduling and booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodation ,car rental and the like;
- Work with invoices and receipts, prepare and manage budgets, handle records for purchase orders;
- Ensure that there is sufficient material, supplies and equipment for the company and to re-order as and when required;
- Liaise with service providers;
- Get maintenance done on office equipment and machinery;
- Prepare and assist in the collection of data for such monthly, quarterly and annual reports as may be required from time to time.
- Help to coordinate the client’s portfolio in the specific area, looking after the achievement of the settled objectives for the region.
- Help to create, develop and strengthen the distribution chain and sales .
- Help to develop and execute commercial and marketing strategies.
- Be in charge of the commercial responsibilities given for the market.
- Follow up the commercial and marketing activities, collecting feedback from the clients and market in general.
- Keep updated about the market tendencies, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that involve our segments.
- Analyze measure and control the obtained results.
