Implementing and manage IT and financial market training programs within an in-house learning center: Analyze the management and the employees’ training needs related to hard and soft skills, Choose and develop curriculum for new recruits, Knowledge transfer and skills development.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions: Select training provider, prepare training logistics, Manage trainees and trainers, collect and analyze Feedbacks.

2 years of experience in a similar field, within IT and/or financial market sector (Securities & Asset Management, Life Insurance, Actuarial services, etc.).
Master’s degree in Training Engineering or Human resources managing.
