Overview of Role:

To support the HR function. This is a position that demands excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment.  This role would be ideally suited to a  a junior profile

What you will do:

 

  • manage Social Security tasks
  • Participate in Meal vouchers order preparation and distribution
  • Prepare the administrative documents needed by the employees
  • Take in charge insurance files and compensation
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Cover reception duties as and when required.
  • Maintain contact list
  • Support general day to day functional operations of the Human Resources department and any other ad hoc duties as arise.

Exigences de l'emploi

What we need from you:

  • 6 months experience within an HR/ Administrative support role, ideally within a fast paced environment
  • A Bachelor Degree in management, Human Resources or equivalent
  • Excellent IT skills to include MS Office, in particular excel
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
  • High level of communication skills both Verbal & Written
  • Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
