Overview of Role:

 

  • This role will support the Postage Team, based in Bordeaux and Belgium, by ensuring that invoices received by National Pen from both postage and print suppliers are correct according to contract of service and rate cards.

 

  • The position will involve managing/providing some financial reporting and some administrative duties for the postage department. The successful candidate will be responsible for accuracy and efficiency.

 

  • The role will also include creating list rental overview. The candidate will be in contact with the prospection Marketing Managers and will create, thanks to the list brokers invoices/licences, overview of the costs spent to rent the lists, and check that these are performed to the required standards and budgets.

 

  • All tasks will need to be completed within strict deadlines.

What you will do:

 

  • Duties include computing costs and calculating/checking rates for goods, services, shipment of goods; and keeping other relevant records
  • Processing Information – Compiling and verifying information or data from postage and print invoices
  • Processing information from list rental invoices and provide overview
  • Provide analytic data
  • Getting Information - Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.

  • Excel skills
  • Excellent English organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
