Overview of Role:

 

We are looking for a Sales orientated, and target driven individual to help grow our vendor sales.   To build relationships with the current sales teams to help agents grow in confidence to sell vendor products. 

 

What you will do:

 

  • Monitor and action all enquiries received through Vendor App and respond to Sales Agents within a specified turnaround time.
  • Maximise National Pen vendor margins whilst ensuring we are competitive to secure orders.
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with existing suppliers.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing & better lead times where necessary.
  • Suggest alternative products if stock not available.
  • Ensure suppliers are fulfilling their SLA’s in accordance with pre agreed contractual obligations, and non-conformances to be reported to Vendor Sale Support Manager.
  • Promotion of vendor products within the Contact Center Sales teams, including ongoing product training for agents.
  • Monitor key on-line competitors; be aware of pricing, products, promotions, and their potential effect on us.
  • Liaise with sales supervisors to ensure good communication flow between the Vendor department and all sales areas.
  • Expedite orders that are on holds for faster production.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets on a monthly basis.
  • Any other duties, which may arise because of expansion of business and/or introduction of new technological processes.

 

Exigences de l'emploi

What we need from you:

  • Be target driven and highly motivated
  • Experience in Sales
  • Excellent Negotiation skills 
  • Good MS Office skills particularly Excel skills. Oracle knowledge an advantage.
  • Excellent administration skills with a high attention to details.
  • High level of communication in English both Verbal & Written.
  • Ability to work tight deadlines & multi-task effectively.
