Description de l'emploi

On behalf of one of our clients, operating in the textile industry and located in the governorate of Bizerte, we are seeking to recruit a production manager.

Exigences de l'emploi

  • Realisation of the production planning of the plant
  • Coordination / control of the delivery of the right quantities at the right time and in the right quality
  • Budget follow-up
  • Compliance with quality and production procedures in conjunction with operating staff
  • Ensuring compliance with BSCI, GOTS and Oeko-Tex requirements
  • Ensuring that the system parameters to be maintained in the area of responsibility are complete, correct and up to date (e.g. choice shares, MTM requirements, etc.).
  • Coordination with all interface areas (e.g. target performance vs. actual performance, election shares, new and expiring items), derivation of problems and possible consequences of daily case coordination, agreement on adjustment measure with the responsible persons concerned
  • Implementation of measures to adjust production and distribution quantities in approved budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in your own area of responsibility (occupational safety, labor law)
  • Report of significant deviations events from the agreed processes in the company via the line manager
  • Identification of the potential for improvement and evaluation of costs/benefits measures
  • Implementation and development of standard processes, procedures and systems throughout the supply chain
  • Analysis and optimization of processes and value flows in production, production-related areas and logistics processes according to Lean principles
  • Further development of standards, systems and processes in your own area of responsibility
  • Ownership and leadership for projects in terms of planning and implementing improvements in close coordination with the german heaquarter
  • Process optimisation and increased efficiency in terms of cost savings, to make processes lighter
