Job Description

The Team Leader directly supports the project's Business Manager, and he/she is responsible, in conjunction with the Business Manager, for the profits and growth of his/her business area through the performance management of his/her team, the delivery service and interaction with the end user and the Client Organization. Client oriented with a proactive open minded vision in regards to the overall satisfaction of customers, he/she will have to continually adapt our work methodology in conjunction with the client’s development

Requirements

Minimum studies: Compulsory Secondary Education. Bachelor's degree, vocational and/or university training is an advantage, together with training related with the typology associated with the service assigned to the work post.

• Knowledge of the Client Organization product is an advantage.
• Specific training and/or work experience in team management, commercial strategies and sales techniques is an advantage.
• Perfect Italian speaking and writing is mandatory

•  English and/ or French are prefered
